Auckland Prospectus
To make exhibiting as simple and cost-effective as possible, the Roadshow Symposium & Expo Series has been designed to significantly reduce freight and logistics costs for exhibitors.
Rather than requiring exhibitors to transport bulky display materials between venues, we will professionally print a new 1.8m x 2m exhibition backdrop for every stand. This means there is no need to freight your own backdrop from interstate or overseas, saving both time and transport costs.
For exhibitors participating in multiple Roadshow locations, we also offer a complimentary freight coordination service. We will transport your printed backdrop and banners between the New Zealand events and, if required, on to Melbourne, removing the need to arrange multiple freight shipments.
At the conclusion of the Roadshow, your printed fabric backdrop becomes your property, allowing you to reuse it at future exhibitions, conferences or promotional events.

Optional Upgrade

Multiple Stand Discounts
Exhibitors booking multiple stands across the Roadshow may be eligible for discounted furniture packages where reduced furniture requirements apply.
Our all-inclusive exhibition package allows you to simply arrive with your products and marketing materials while we take care of the printing, setup and logistics, making participation across the Roadshow more efficient, more economical and completely hassle-free.
